Pakistan Administrative Staff College (Now National Policy Institute/National Institute of Management) Lahore is mandated  for contuning professional development of civil servants.
As a visiting faculty  since 2000 at NIM/NPI, delivered a  talk to trainee civil servants on WTO Agreement on Agriculture; and Pakistan's access to GSP Plus.
